Richard E. Jones died Jan. 28, 2014, at his home in Washougal. He was 75.

Carol L. Barker

Carol Lavon Barker died Feb. 7, 2014, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. She was 96.

She was born March 20, 1917.

Guadalupe Palencia Ornias

Guadalupe Palencia Ornias died Feb. 4, 2014, at Prestige Care and Rehabilitation in Camas. She was 90.

She was born Dec. 12, 1923, in Passi, Philippines.

Christine M. Chesley

Christine Marie Chesley died Feb. 3, 2014, at her home in Camas. She was 43.

She was born June 3, 1970, in Burbank, Calif., to John and Barbara (Remington) Chesley.

Carol June Leal died Feb. 3, 2014, in Vancouver. She was 86.

Charles Wayne Shoemaker, of Vancouver, died Feb. 2, 2014. He was 80.

Alfred ‘Fred’ Peake

Alfred “Fred” Peake, of Washougal, died Feb. 9, 2014, in Vancouver. He was 80.

He was born Nov. 6, 1933, in Vancouver.

Service arrangements are pending. A visitation will be held Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas.

Sharleen G. Domeyer

Sharleen G. Domeyer died Feb. 8, 2014, in Vancouver.

A waterfront send-off will be held in her honor Feb. 22, on the Willamette River in downtown Portland. The memorial service will be held June 21, in Yreka, Calif.
