Letter: Usage information is annoying

The Columbian
Published: January 8, 2014, 4:00pm

I just want to let Clark Public Utilities know that I did use a lot of electricity during the holiday season. I really am tired of hearing from them every two months about my use of electricity.

I don’t care how I compare to my neighbors’ usage. I pay my bill, I try to be careful, but I also want to enjoy my life in my home and I don’t need someone else telling me how to do it. It is a total waste of money to send these letters out all the time.

I don’t think they can compare homes based purely on size. These homes are filled or not filled with different people who have different needs. Save my money and quit sending out these unnecessary letters.
