Old Evergreen Highway — The Old Evergreen Highway Trail Coalition’s raffle contest and fundraising campaign recently raised $74,500 toward building a proposed trail along the 6.5-mile highway that stretches from Wintler Park in Vancouver to Camas. That total includes a $20,000 anonymous matching donation, according to a Parks Foundation of Clark County press release. The two winners of the $100 raffle were Dick Hannah and Joleen Skarberg, who each won $3,000 vacation packages.
