The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce is offering a series on topics related to operating home-based businesses. The five-week series, to be held every other Thursday, begins Jan. 23. The sessions are from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the chamber’s office, 1101 Broadway, Suite 100. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required at www.vancouverusa.com
