A Kelso man was killed late Friday when his pickup rolled several times on a highway in Klickitat County, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Marty L. Jacobs, 53, was 13.9 miles north of White Salmon on state Highway 141 at 10:32 p.m. when the wheels of his 2001 Ford Ranger went off the roadway and he lost control of the pickup, which crossed over the center line and rolled several times.

Jacobs was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the WSP, which reported that intoxicants — drugs or alcohol — were involved.
