Letter: Arrange reciprocal crossings

The Columbian
Published: July 10, 2014, 12:00am

The border problem is a problem we can’t solve, and it won’t go away. We can’t close the southern border 100 percent. Let’s face it, if we were down there, we would be trying to come here.

So open the borders from here to Panama, and all us old guys could go down and live in the sun and be taken care of by a less expensive care system and have a wonderful life. The younger population would come here, get a great job and have a wonderful life. A win-win.
