The Washington State Summer Food Service Program, or Summer Meals, provides free meals and snacks to all children and teens ages 18 and younger during the summer months when school is not in session.

No proof of income, address or citizenship is ever required.

Meal sites for 2014 are opening this month with dozens of sites in Clark County. Some provide breakfast and lunch while others provide just lunch. The venues include schools, parks, community centers and large apartment complexes. Meals are served by a variety of providers, including school districts, Educational Service District 112, Share and Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington.

To find summer meal locations in your neighborhood, go to this website and type in your address including ZIP code: http://bit.ly/Ud5Ujc.

For additional resources call the Within Reach Family Health Hotline at 800-322-2588.
