Holmberg joins the Responsive Leadership Initiative

Nelson Holmberg, former communications manager at the Port of Vancouver and former executive director at the Port of Woodland, has joined the board of directors of the Responsive Leadership Initiative.

Holmberg, whose long résumé also includes a stint as a daily newspaper reporter, currently heads BergerABAM’s public involvement practice firm in Vancouver. He is the firm’s senior public involvement project manager.

“Responsive Leadership was formed to fill a need in our community for balance, responsiveness and accountability from our elected leaders, and its mission is the promotion of responsive leadership in Clark County that recognizes the value of economic development as a tool for attracting businesses, growing jobs and enhancing quality of life,” according to a news release.
