A gunman robbed a Subway sandwich shop in Vancouver’s Sifton neighborhood Saturday night.

The robbery occurred about 6:10 p.m. at 13620 N.E. 84th St., according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The gunman, described as a man in his 20s, wore a mask and dark pants, said CCSO Sgt. Tony Barnes. The man displayed a handgun, demanded cash and fled with the money on foot.

A search of the area did not locate the man, Barnes said.
