Rotary elves give students Christmas presents

Vancouver — Members of the Rotary Club of Vancouver spread holiday cheer to around 500 children at local elementary schools last month by dressing as elves and giving them presents. The Rotary elves visited Roosevelt, Washington and King elementary schools on Dec. 19 for the charitable campaign, organized by “elf foreman” and Rotary member Al Bernstein.
