Letter: Do we impeach or not?

It’s July 10, and things are not good. If the four horsemen of Revelation were not riding before, the barn door has just been flung open so hard it is surprising that it is still on its hinges. God is still in Heaven and, while He is in control, must be sick to His stomach.

Just recently America lost its ability to depend on the “Rule of Law” (almost a direct quote from U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia). U.S. Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader Ginsburg have intentionally and knowingly committed illegal and unconstitutional acts by sitting in judgment on the homosexual marriage case and rendering a decision. The act of refusing to recuse themselves forms a substantial and solid case of impeachment against them.

Will the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives act?

If nothing is done, the Constitution and Statute Law, again, will have been successfully shredded. It was admitted that the decision was based on a desired outcome and not on written (statutory) law or existing precedents. The other type of law in this land is “common law.” If statute law is so easily ignored by SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States), how long does (unwritten) common law have?

The Constitution is robust and can take the consequence of what has happened … can the public?
