The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In December, the Medical Assistant Program conditionally granted a registered medical assistant credential to Anita Marie Bailor. She must continue to abide by conditions imposed when her certified medical assistant license was placed on probation in 2014.

In January, the Unlicensed Practice Program filed an amended notice of intent to issue a cease-and-desist order to Xiaoyan Zhang, who allegedly provided a massage to a client without having a massage practitioner credential.
