Letter: Support new vision for council

The Columbian
Published: May 29, 2015, 12:00am

The new chair position is our chance to elect a new face to the Clark County council. Considering three of the candidates already sit on the council and all three opposed the charter that created the chair position, isn’t it time we said “no” to the same old politicians feeding their egos and hidden agendas? Of the remaining candidates, one has already been a commissioner. Aren’t Clark County voters tired of the same names, the same games and the ridiculous gridlock?

Candidate Mike Dalesandro, a Battle Ground councilor, has served his community with integrity and with only the best interests of the citizens. Dalesandro is focused on building a stronger and more viable future for Clark County and moving us forward from the divisiveness and chaos that the current council thrives in. Please consider voting for Dalesandro as county chair.
