The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

GREATER BRUSH PRAIRIE: Aho Construction seeks approval to subdivide 40.6 acres into 232 single-family residential lots in the R-30 and R1-6 zones. The site is on multiple tax lots, east of and adjacent to Northeast 72nd Avenue, and roughly between Northeast 129th Street and Northeast 135th Street. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. GREATER BRUSH PRAIRIE: Brian Spencer with Highway 503 Properties seeks approval to create two lots out of one at Union Prairie Business Park, and to construct a 2,880-square-foot modular building, to be used for construction offices, on one of them. The site is at 11913 N.E. 113th St., in the IL zone. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Tuesday. NORTHEAST HAZEL DELL: David Pollock with AMERCO Real Estate seeks approval to construct a warehouse and self-storage building on 1.32 acres at 713, 805 and 809 N.E. 82nd St., Vancouver, in the GC zone. FRUIT VALLEY: Doug Pruitt with BBL Architects seeks approval to build a 3,970-square-foot single-story terminal operations building, including perimeter sidewalks and 40 parking spaces, at the Port of Vancouver, 2985 Lower River Road. The project will include the addition of a sewage lift station. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Oct. 22.
