Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Educational Service District 112 has leased 4,300 square feet of office space at 4517 N.E. St. Johns Road, Vancouver, from John and Julie Mettler. Doug Bartocci and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church has purchased a 6,400-square-foot church building at 811 N.E. 88th Circle, Vancouver, from North Creek Church. The purchase price was $808,800. Jim West and Steve Mack with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Northwest Nonprofit Services has leased 5,360 square feet of industrial space at 11915 N.E. 113th St., suites 104 and 128, Vancouver, from Highway 503 Properties. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Popcorn Cove, a specialty popcorn and candy retailer, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at Columbia Square, 13411 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Veolia North America, an engineering firm, has leased 2,745 square feet at the H.H. Hall Building, 10000 N.E. Seventh Ave., Suite 225, Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
