Applause: Scholarships

BIOLA UNIVERSITY, LA MIRADA, CALIF.

  • Andrew Morgan of Vancouver and Kelsey Robertson of Camas were awarded renewable president’s scholarships, which are among the university’s highest awarded. The scholarships were based on their GPAs and their math and science SAT scores. They and 94 other freshmen were honored at a reception last week.

WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY, BELLINGHAM

  • Nikki Corbett, daughter of Marc and Jane Corbett of Camas, received a Wade King Athletic Scholarship for the 2015-2016 academic year. Corbett is a freshman.
  • Thomas Zink of Vancouver, a senior, received an Adams Honors Program Scholarship for the 2015-2016 academic year.
