Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Blinksource has leased 2,196 square feet of office space at 8019 N.E. 13th Ave., Vancouver, from Lance and Pamela Lehto. Larry Garcia of Larry Garcia Investment Real Estate Services represented both parties.

Brad Hoggatt, a pet supply distributor, has purchased a 3,811-square-foot retail building at 336 Davidson Ave., Woodland, from the Lyle Wood Smith Living Trust. The purchase price was $160,000. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

M. Earl and Mary Duncan have purchased an office building at 801 W. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from The Cornelia Company. The purchase price was $595,000. Jim West of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer and Reese Harvill of John L. Scott Real Estate represented the seller.

Port of Ridgefield has purchased 8.23 acres for industrial development in the southeast corner of the intersection of South 11th Street and South 11th Way, Ridgefield, from ROK Ridgefield Industrial. The purchase price was $1,421,952. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Scott Fraser of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
