First Citizen nominations open

Vancouver — Nominations are being accepted for Clark County’s 2016 First Citizen Award that recognizes an exemplary resident for accomplishments and contributions to the community. Visit www.cfsww.org/our-community/first-citizen to review the selection criteria and download a nomination form. The annual award has been presented since 1939.

Nomination packets must be submitted before 5 p.m. May 31 to the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington, 610 Esther St. in downtown Vancouver. A selection committee reviews the nominations and selects the recipient. The award will be presented in the fall.
