A developer this week submitted plans for 208 “loft-style” apartment units east of Southeast 177th Avenue along Mill Plain Boulevard.

The 6-acre development, called Parkside II, would see the units housed in a single four-story building with a 312-stall parking lot, office building, “amenity terrace,” pool and spa.

Columbia Tech Center owns the currently vacant land, as well as many of the parcels along Mill Plain between Southeast 164th and 192nd avenues.
