Letter: The evil of two lessors

Like so many other Americans, I find the current political situation abhorrent, absurd and ridiculous. Being president of the United States requires personal character beyond reproach. Well, there are certainly two characters running for the presidency. I feel the clowns have truly taken over the circus.

I have often heard that a particular decision is reduced to the lessor of two evils. Sadly, our choice has been reduced to the evil of two lessors.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
