Police searched Sunday for a man who stabbed another man in the arm outside of a Starbucks coffee shop in Vancouver’s Uptown Village.

Two transient men were fighting around 7:30 a.m. at 2420 Main St. when one of them lunged at the other with what looked like a screwdriver, stabbing him with it, Vancouver Police Department Officer Brian Schaffer said. The man who was stabbed, 31-year-old Gregory M. Tornholm, was treated for his injuries at a local hospital, Schaffer said.

The man who injured Tornholm fled the scene and had not been found by police as of Sunday afternoon. Police were working to identify the suspect, Schaffer said.

After Tornholm was discharged from the hospital, he was booked into the Clark County Jail on a warrant, Schaffer said.
