•  6:30 p.m. regular meeting: bid award for the Evergreen/state Highway 14 water main rehabilitation project, first extension of celebrate freedom agreement with the Fort Vancouver National Trust, extension of contract with Humane Society of Southwest Washington, award of lodging tax grants for 2016, Northfield neighborhood action plan, 2016 map and text amendments to the comprehensive plan and zoning code
