The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help finding a runaway 13-year-old girl.
The girl, Sevelin Hernandez-Mendez, was last seen at her home at around 12:30 this morning. She is 5-foot-4 and weighs about 105 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark-brown hair with purple highlights.
