Liquor and Cannabis Licenses

The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board:

Michael J. Guili, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 3200 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Jesse Grillo, Michelle E. Parker and Wesly J. Parker, for a domestic winery license at Koi Pond Cellars, 24211 N.E. 41st Ave., Ridgefield.

Raymond C. Hall and Cheryl M. Hall, for a domestic winery license at Columbia Gorge Vintners, 5500 S.E. Hans Nagel Road, Washougal.

Erick Gill, Kimberlee Gill and William B. Rodgers, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine, and to provide catering from The Smokin’ Oak, 501 Columbia St., Vancouver.

Billie Jo J. Moore, Mark C. Moore, Dawn M. Rowe and Stuart V. Rowe, for a license to sell beer and wine at Buckets, 112 S. Main Ave., Ridgefield, and also off premises.

Bruce D. Auld, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at B.P.O. Elks, 907 S.E. Grace Ave., Battle Ground.

Brad Frostad and Erin Frostad, for a microbrewery license at Conversations Brewing, 5605 N.E. 289th St., Battle Ground, and to sell beer off premises.
