Camas — Camas Montessori School, which has been in the area since 1988, will move into a new building in late October. The licensed preschool and kindergarten serves children ages 2 to 6. The school is holding a “buy a brick” fundraiser to construct a walking labyrinth to a new natural play park, as well as fund new outdoor activities. To buy a brick with a personal inscription, it will cost $100. Families can pay $1,500 to buy an outdoor bench with an inscription. The school is also hoping to eventually offer a toddler program for children 18-30 months. For more information about the school, the move and the “buy a brick” promotion, visit www.camasmontessori.com.
