Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Vancouver woman who is believed to be experiencing a mental health crisis.
A family member reported 35-year-old Joelle Emerson missing to the Vancouver Police Department on Thursday after Emerson left her residence during a mental health crisis, police said.
