DALLAS — American Airlines grounded a flight attendant duty after a video posted to Facebook showed an escalating confrontation with passengers Friday night on a flight from San Francisco to Dallas.
The video, posted by passenger Surain Adyanthaya, shows a woman passenger holding a baby and crying near the plane’s entrance.
