Allan Siegel has joined Columbia Credit Union as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Siegel has worked in the banking industry in management positions for more than 35 years, most recently serving as executive vice president and director of strategic risk initiatives for IberiaBank, and also as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Georgia Commerce Bank. Columbia is the largest deposit holder among Clark County-based financial institutions and serves 86,000 members.

Ron King, president of 3 Kings Environmental, has joined the board of directors for the Southwest Washington Contractors Association. The SWCA is a resource organization for the construction industry comprised of general and specialty contractors, engineers, architects and companies which support the industry.

• Downtown Camas boutique shoe store, Arktana, received the Entrepreneur of the Year award at Washington Main Street’s Excellence on Main awards ceremony held in Ellensburg. The award recognizes innovation, dedication and entrepreneurial spirit of individuals and small businesses. Arktana, owned by Ann Matthews, features a creative business model which benefits partnering community agencies and organizations in addition to its customers.
