With Palmer Dinehart sidelined, Alex Bishop stepped up with a big game, scoring 25 points and pulling down 11 rebounds.

Dinehart sat out the game with a sore ankle. He should be back Friday against Prairie.

“Our defense tonight was good some times, bad other times,” coach Andrew Johnson said. “You could tell that something was just off tonight, and I think not having Palmer was part of that. But Alex really stepped up.”

Isaiah Flanagan added 13 points for Woodland (5-1).
