Vancouver – The C-Tran customer service office will move from its current location at the north side of Vancouver Mall to the west end of the Vancouver Mall Transit Center at the mall’s south side.
The move will take place during the week of Dec. 25.
After it opens, office hours and service hours will remain the same. The agency said the move will also offer better access to its buses and the covered walkway that connects to the mall.
C-Tran lost and found is closing Dec. 22. It will also be the last day to pick up lost-and-found items from the mall. From Dec. 26 on, customers should call 360-695-0123.
