Letter: Expand options for internet service

High-speed internet can be sent through power lines. In Washington state we have PUDs, so why couldn’t we authorize the PUD to send high-speed internet to every home, breaking up the cable monopolies that will charge us more for the variable speeds of the internet they provide?
