The body of a Vancouver man, 77-year old Kurt Pahl, was found in Skamania County today, according to the Skamania County Sheriff’s office.
No further information was available as of Saturday evening.
Days after he disappeared, authorities said they believed Pahl likely went out to a natural area or a hiking trail.
He was known to have a passion for the outdoors, but also some serious medical conditions.
Pahl was last seen leaving his home on Monday, Dec. 11 in his Buick Regal.
On Wednesday police began asking the public for help locating him. The Washington Department of Transportation made his car the subject of a silver alert.
