Former police chief requests hearing on revoked credentials

GRANGER — The former police chief of a southern Washington town is fighting to keep his police credentials after he was convicted of lying under oath earlier this year.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports former Granger Police Chief Robert Perales requested a hearing to challenge the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission’s decision in October to revoke his police credentials.
