What do we have to do to have the fireworks banned on New Year’s Eve? It makes no sense to me to allow people to shoot off bombs because it is New Year’s Eve. Then some don’t obey the rules and shoot them off the following night. This should be stopped. Hopefully others feel the same way I do. I am sure all the animals would appreciate it, too.
