As Republicans in Congress struggle to identify their preferred plan for denying health care to millions of Americans — in order to provide tax breaks for the wealthy — one fact remains undeniable. The American most in need of health care is President Donald J. Trump. He suffers from a severe form of narcissism, a mental disorder that causes his mind to fixate only on those immediate words and actions that impact the enormous but fragile ego of Donald J. Trump.
Left untreated, Trump’s mental disorder will eventually bring him down. The only question is whether he will bring down all Americans — and perhaps all the world — with him.
