  • 5:15 to 5:30 p.m., workshop: revised civil service rules with Human Resources Director Suzi Schwabe and Assistant City Attorney Debra Quinn.
  • 5:30 to 6:00 p.m., executive session: City Manager performance evaluation.
  • 6:30 p.m., regular meeting: amend contract with SoftResources LLC to spending additional $488,208 for project management services, approve partial fee waivers for affordable housing projects, settlement with Geraldine Baugh for lawsuit in the amount of $250,000, approval for fee increase for land use applications, adjust 2017-18 Biennial Budget, approve new building height regulations for downtown, extending moratorium of permits for developments in Tower Mall area, update standards for accessory dwelling units, appointment to parks and recreation advisory committee, appointments to lodging task advisory committee, approval of claim vouchers.
