CAMAS — Improvements to Northwest Camas Meadows Drive/Northwest Larkspur Street will be discussed at an open house hosted by the city from 5:30 to 7 p.m. July 11 at Camas Fire Station No. 42, 4321 N.W. Parker St.

The city is planning on widening Larkspur Street between Lake Road and the existing barricade at the north end, in addition to constructing left-turn lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, a median, utilities, illumination and signal modifications. There will also be information about the Parklands Development and the Village at Camas Meadows Development projects, which will jointly extend Larkspur Street to connect to Camas Meadows Drive.

City officials will be on hand to answer questions at information displays. For more information, contact James Carothers, engineering manager/city engineer, at jcarothers@cityofcamas.us or 360-817-7230.
