Letter: Fix Interstate 5 Bridge first

It’s time to apply common sense to the Interstate 5 Bridge replacement discussion.

Let’s assume one owns a water heater that is old and rusty, well beyond its intended life. It barely produces hot water. Would a person buy a new dishwasher because the water is not hot enough to do dishes? Would a person buy a new washing machine because the water is not hot enough to do laundry? ‘Of course not’ is the answer to both of these questions.
