Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a cash reward for help solving a Vancouver 19-year-old’s 2015 homicide in Portland.

The victin, Dalton Marshall, was found on the morning of Nov. 12, 2015, after someone called to report seeing a bleeding and unconscious man on the road at North Bruce Avenue and Hudson Street in Portland.

Marshall died of an apparent gunshot wound, and an autopsy concluded his death was a homicide.
