The Washington State Patrol will begin increased patrols Wednesday, looking out for dangerous drivers over the holiday season.

Six troopers will be stationed in Clark County, while four will be deployed in Cowlitz and Lewis counties as part of the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign.

Troopers will focus on aggressive driving, unrestrained occupants and impaired driving.

The squad will be in place through Jan. 3.
