The Washougal Police Department has teamed up with Crime Stoppers of Oregon in an effort to identify two suspects in a theft investigation, and tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward.

Last month, two people used stolen gift cards at the Southeast Mill Plain and Chkalov Drive Fred Meyer. Surveillance images show the suspects to be a younger white woman and a young black man, possibly with one child, a girl, in tow.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards for information, reported to the organization, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime.

Tipsters can call 503-823-4357 to share information, or go online to www.p3tips.com/823. They can also use the P3 Tips smart phone app. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
