This is in response to Henry Sessions’ letter of Nov. 17, “Money poisons politics,” regarding the port commission race.
The money is still here; it just changed hands. The industry it supported produces no tangible products, but supports local employment. This particular campaign brought in outside money, and both candidates should be thanked for their hard work and contributions they made to the local economy.
