Katie Peneueta had quite the memorable high school debut for Heritage’s girls basketball team.

Peneueta had 19 points, 14 rebounds, 17 blocks.

Heritage coach Karrin Wilson said afterward that while  Peneueta plays more of a wing and has the skillset to play five positions on the court, her instincts allow her to thrive in the low-post presence, as it clearly showed agains the Plainsmen.
