Voting, sponsored by Athletes Corner, continues through Tuesday

Here are the nominees for The Columbian prep football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Oct. 7.

Voting will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday, with results announced in Wednesday’s edition of The Columbian.

To avoid vote manipulation, voting is restricted by IP address. That means people voting while connected to a public WIFI access may be unable vote. We suggest voting be done by private internet access or through your cellular provider.

MAKAI ANDERSON, MOUNTAIN VIEW: Anderson caught five passes for 98 yards and three TDs, including the game-winner in overtime.

WYATT DODSON, LA CENTER: Dodson rushed for 201 yards on 17 carries and scored three touchdowns in a win over Stevenson.

COLE GROSSMAN, SKYVIEW: Grossman caught eight passes for 188 yards and a touchdowns and added two sacks on defense.

CANON RACANELLI, HOCKINSON: Racanelli passed for 374 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for another TD in a win over Washougal.

RYAN RUSHALL, CAMAS: Rushall caught five passes for 90 yards and played a solid game at defensive back in a win over Skyview.
