Music teachers donate money to Texas, Florida

Burton Ridge — At the Clark County Music Teachers Association meeting on Sept. 19, association members decided to send $1,000 to the Music Teachers National Association Benevolence Fund. The money from that fund will go to the Florida State Music Teachers Association and the Texas State Music Teachers Association, states that were both hit by recent hurricanes. At the meeting, association officers Judy Ebel, president, Dmitri Zhgenti, vice president, Ellen Putman, president, and Cinda Redman, vice president/membership, approved the donation of funds.
