Washington State University Vancouver will host a free Halloween Bash from 4 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.
The celebration in the Firstenburg Student Commons will include trick-or-treating, activities for children, a costume contest, light concessions, drinks, games and music. The community is invited.
