Lincoln Krog rushed for 160 yards and three touchdowns as the Bulldogs kept their postseason hopes alive with a road win at King’s Way Christian

Stevenson needs to beat Columbia-White Salmon next week to secure a district playoff berth. The loss eliminated King’s Way from postseason consideration.

Defense dominated the first half as the Knights took a 5-0 lead on Coby Burns’ field goal and Chandler Wann’s sack in the end zone for a safety.

But after taking the second-half kickoff, the Bulldogs drove 75 yards on three plays with Krog scoring his first touchdown on a 28-yard run, giving Stevenson a 7-5 lead.

After Stevenson stopped the Knights, Krog had a 40-yard punt return to set up his second 28-yard TD run for a 14-5 Bulldog lead.

Gage Koender’s 8-yard TD run cut the Knights’ deficit to 14-12 by the end of the third quarter.

Isaac Hoidal caught a 29-yard touchdown pass on fourth down to put Stevenson up 20-12, then Krog clinched the win with a 69-yard touchdown run.

Koenders added a second TD run to complete the scoring.
