A missing Vancouver teen was safely located and reunited with his family on Friday, according to a news release from the Vancouver Police Department.

Kaleb L. Guenther, 16, had been missing since running away Aug. 28. Guenther has autism and other disorders that can impair his reasoning and decision-making, as well as a seizure disorder that can put him at additional risk.

The news release didn’t include details regarding where he was found or his disappearance. It did thank those who submitted tips to the case as well as the Portland Police Bureau, which provided assistance in securing Guenther.
