Letter: What does Putin know?

On the surface, I would say that someone who cuddles up to Russian President Vladimir Putin (the dictator of our country’s strongest, most dangerous, and worst adversary since World War II), was stupid. However, someone who got tens of millions (92,441 in Clark County) to vote for him cannot be stupid. So, what is it that Putin has over President Donald Trump that prevents Trump from taking action against Putin to protect our country?
