Northwest homebuilder Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced the groundbreaking of its sixth Community Giving Home, built to benefit local charities.

Since 2014, the company has worked with trade partners to build homes and give the profits to charity; over $160,000 has been raised. This year’s 1,814-square-foot home in the Philbrook Farms development is scheduled to be completed midsummer. Transitional Youth, The Children’s Justice Center, Innovative Services NW, Evergreen Habitat for Humanity and Children’s Center are the main benefactors. Transitional Youth and Children’s Center also received matching donations.

“We are thankful to be in a position to help others and we are so appreciative of our valued trade partners who have bought into the idea. We want to make a difference in the lives of kids in the communities we build in,” Kevin Wann, who owns Pacific Lifestyle Homes with his wife, Nicki, said in a news release.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is working with about two dozen trade partners, which helps maximize the amount of money that’s given to charity. Buyers interested in the Community Giving Home can call 360-869-0641 or visit www.pacificlifestylehomes.com for more information.
